I'm a visual facilitator. I translate ideas into digital paintings, live, in real-time, in conferences, workshops, talks, and meetings of all kinds.
The work I do is hand-in-glove with whoever is running the sessions.
I pop my tablet pc onto an easel, plug a video projector in, and people view my paintings-in-progress on the big screen.
The biggest value people take out of this is that ideas get anchored very powerfully, and the presence of dynamic visuals engages both sides of their brains, leading to richer learnings. People find my work very stimulating, and find that it complements what speakers are delivering.
I save all of my finished pictures to an online gallery for delegates to download at their leisure. And I hand pics to the event organiser on a memory stick for immediate distribution. My pics are high resolution, and can be printed to A1 or A0.
Look out for my profile as a professional member of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA). It's at http://snipurl.com/psasa-profile.

I'm a trained crisis counsellor. And I'm regarded as a heavyweight writer in the corporate communications world. All of these things lead to my visual facilitations being sensitive, in touch with the communication objectives of my clients, pertinent, witty (where appropriate), and thought-provoking.
So you send the customer some copy for review. They send back a quite a few rewords and changes. No problem. They are the customer. But they've made a faux pas or two. Like quoting their slogan after every mention of their company name in each par...
