As far as I know they do have some photography jobs there. Not that many tho. but worth checking out. Also, if you can do photography and minipulation on Photoshop, then there is stacks of work for that!

- That is extremely brave! Good on you! Can you apply for a visa while over there? I know that London offered a one year visa for artists that have been earning a living off their own work for a year or more in their country. Good luck. i am going to Joburg for the week end for Flying Solo, excited :) Don't you need a visa just to get into the country now??? Want to know everything!

- He sounds like the worst type of client! Sorry about losing the job, not cool. I am super, super busy, am doing something for Rape Crisis, a pro bono, not sure if they know that they are getting something really funky :) You gonna call some more publishers???

Leaving on a jet plane!
Ok, so you have heard if from so many of us struggling artists and designers! Running away to another country to greener (so they say) pastures! Now im one of them! I don't want to leave, just can't pay my bills anymore! Anyway, im going to Ireland to give it 3months to find something without a Work Permit (good luck there buddy!!)
